In accordance with Regulation 12(3) of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, the Shire of Kent hereby gives notice of a Special Meeting of Council to be held at 4:30pm on Wednesday, 11 October 2023 in the Council Chambers, Nyabing.

The purpose of this meeting will be to consider the appointment of Manager Corporate. To ensure appropriate confidentiality is maintained, the meeting will be closed to members of the public in accordance with s.5.23(2)(a)and (c) of the Local Government Act 1995.
